Before we start any treatment, you’ll be evaluated by a Licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist. He or she will develop short- and long-term rehabilitation goals to measure your progress. Your therapist at Sports Therapy | Rehab works closely with you and your physician to develop a plan of care that combines therapeutic exercise with functional training and manual techniques. As your therapy progresses, we’ll reevaluate you as needed to make sure your goals are met.

Custom Solutions

Custom Orthotics

We offer custom orthotic inserts to correctly align your foot and ankle. They’re simply inserted into your shoes, replacing the factory-made bedding. Orthotics can be used to help a variety of sports injuries and other problems that cause foot pain, like flat feet or fallen arches, high arches, plantar fasciitis, and metatarsalgia. Orthotics may also help with knee, hip and back pain.

Custom Knee Bracing

We provide off the shelf, ready to use sport and orthopaedic bracing, as well as custom-fit DonJoy and Townsend knee braces. These braces are specifically designed for your musculoskeletal injuries, including sports injuries, osteoarthritis, chronic/repetitive use syndromes, ligament tears, tendon ruptures, sprains, and strains.
