Scott Bloomfield, PTA

Scott is a Physical Therapist Assistant (since 2015) and Physical Therapy Supervisor who specializes in outpatient orthopedics, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports medicine, workers’ compensation, and general orthopedic injuries. He has helped develop several of the practice’s post-operative protocols to support consistent, high-quality recovery plans. Patients can expect a clear plan, measurable progress, and coaching that connects rehab to real-life goals Scott also serves as the company’s Health & Safety Officer and supports clinician growth as a Clinical Instructor and board member of both the Mentorship Program and Continuing Education Committee.
