Lisa Koczak, PT, DPT

Lisa Koczak attended Quinnipiac University where she earned a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. In the clinic, Lisa enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopaedic and overuse injuries as well as treating post surgical patients. Lisa also is a clinical instructor for Physical Therapy students in the clinic.

Outside of the clinic, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and spending time outdoors including hiking, skiing, and visiting the beach. She currently resides in Madison with her husband and son.
