" A very heartfelt thank you to Dr. Shia & staff. They knew immediately I was having a neck issue even before the x-ray confirmed it. I was put on steroids and slept for the first time in a week. Thank you for actually listening and taking action unlike the staff at Goose Lane who dismissed it as a muscle strain and told me to come back in a week if I was still in pain. "
