The Clinical Radiology Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the department processes, management of radiology technologists, plus many other exciting responsibilities!

Day to day duties include:

• Interview, hire and perform annual reviews of radiology techs
• Manage direct reports of radiology department to include Lead Techs and MRI Manager
• Oversight of radiology PACs application
• Manage external radiology vendors and interface pathways
• Oversee radiology safety and license requirements
• Provide or coordinate coaching/educational development for radiology department
• Assist managers with time off requests, approvals and timecards
• Observe and measure productivity levels of radiology and MRI department
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Operations

Skills and Abilities you should possess:

• Excellent knowledge of radiology equipment
• Ability to trouble shoot
• Team approach to accomplish tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• CT Licensed RT / AART
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience, minimum of 2 years of radiology asset management experience
