PHYSICAL MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, also known as Physiatry, care for the wide variety of musculoskeletal disorders which are not treated with surgery. This branch of medicine deals with the treatment, prevention, and diagnosis of disease in people of all ages. We are experts in pain management including neurodiagnostic testing such as EMGs, and also industrial medicine. Physiatrists are available to all patients with a musculoskeletal problem. If surgery may be needed, rest assured they will refer you to one of our Orthopaedic Surgeons for evaluation. We provide integrated care that reduces pain and maximizes a return to functional mobility.
